According to the oldest treatise on health and wellness – Ayurveda – perfect health & wellness is defined as “A balance between body, mind, spirit, and social wellbeing.”
Objectives

- To encourage and motivate individuals to perform one task a day as a part of the 40 day Wellness Challenge
- To create awareness about the importance of wellness in our lives
Prerequisite

- Anyone 21 years or above can join this challenge
- Desire and Keenness to commit to complete some simple and fun daily tasks every day for 40 days related to wellness

Methodology

- Everyday a new task will be available to complete
- An online self check list will be provided to complete and track the progress every 5 days
- Total 8 Check list over 40 days
- At the end of 40 days – Final checklist will be available to complete to self track the entire 40-day challenge tasks
Self Assessment
Participants will be required to:

- Complete assigned task for the day for 40 days – 40 simple, fun-filled tasks
- Self Monitor the progress
- Complete the Self checklist every 5 days to track the progress
- Certification of participation will be awarded to those who complete 40 days challenge.
